After receiving hundreds of registrations online, Empire Communities opened the doors of the Senses Condominiums presentation gallery at 521 Kerr Street in Oakville, to a packed crowd of potential homebuyers on Saturday morning. The celebration included an exclusive sales event where registrants were able to take advantage of VIP pricing and incentives like $2,500 in upgrades.

SensesCondos_Kitchen2 Guests were also able to tour the brand new presentation gallery including the fully furnished on-site model suite designed by Bryon Patton and Associates. The 695 square feet Vitalize model suite is a one bedroom plus den featuring a U-shaped kitchen with a breakfast bar overlooking the spacious dining and living room.

At the front of the suite is a cozy den area, perfect for a home office. The model also has a large master bedroom complete with a walk-in closet and well-appointed ensuite bath.

All suites at Senses Condos come standard with nine foot ceilings, plank laminate engineered floors in living areas, broadloom carpet in bedrooms and a choice of glazed porcelain and ceramic tiles in bathrooms. Kitchens come equipped with polished granite countertops, glass tile backsplashes and a stainless steel appliance package.

SensesCondos_Exterior Amenities at this new Oakville Condo include a 24-hour concierge, an indoor pool with lounge, whirlpool, and dry sauna, state-of-the-art fitness centre, and a beautifully landscaped rooftop terrace with seating areas, fireplace and barbecues.
