It’s an exciting time at Picasso on Richmond Condos by Monarch and the Goldman Group, as construction on the Teeple Architects-designed tower inches its way closer to topping off. The crew at Picasso on Richmond is currently pouring concrete on the mechanical room level on the 40th floor which — weather permitting — should be complete in the next two to three weeks.

Picasso_Construction2 We were in for a treat when we visited the site recently, as the construction crew was using a spider crane to install windows on the 10th floor. The unique crane was used to help install the windows because of the taller height and larger sized panels used on this level.

Picasso_View When complete in 2016, the 10th floor will house many of Picasso on Richmond’s amenities including a sports lounge with billiards table, and outdoor terrace with barbecue facilities, outdoor hot tub, and fireplace. More amenities will be located on other floors including a fully-equipped fitness room complete with dry sauna, cardio, yoga and aerobics area.

Suites at Picasso on Richmond start from the $400,000s and feature laminate flooring in main living areas, cultured marble countertops in bathrooms, quartz or granite kitchen countertops and stainless steel appliance package.
