Feb 7 Kg&a Minto 195

On Saturday, February 7th, Minto Queen’s Landing released the first offering of its single family and townhomes. The event was attended by over 1,300 people — some of whom slept in their cars for two days prior to secure a spot in line.

The launch sold out in just three hours, making it one of the fastest selling new home developments of the year so far. The East Gwillimbury master-planned community will include single family homes, traditional towns and back to back towns, priced from the low $300,000s.

“The phenomenal early response to this project validates that Queen’s Landing will be an exceptional community. We’ve already had so many truly wonderful people come through our door which speaks to the future of the neighbourhood,” said Amanda Wilson Watkins, Minto’s Vice President of Marketing and Sales.

Minto Team 2 The homes will feature brick and stone exteriors in a variety of architectural styles. The traditional towns include three bedrooms and range between 1,800 and 2,000 square feet. The back to back towns are slightly smaller, with two or three bedrooms and 1,050 to 1,575 square feet of living space. Single family homes will be situated on 36’ (ranging from 1,688 to 2,664 square feet) and 43’ lots (ranging from 1,500 to 3,500 square feet), including some ravine properties. Minto has presented buyers with numerous floorplans, from two bedroom bungalows to expansive four bedroom, two and a half storey homes. Bungalow plans are available on 43′ lots only.
