Brookland Capital’s 1188 Bedford in Bed-Stuy is starting sales on February 15th.

The 14-unit condo building will have studio to two-bedroom residences. Interiors will have white oak wood flooring, 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and in-unit washer/dryer. Select units will have balconies or terraces. Kitchens are fitted with pental quartz lattice countertops, stainless steel appliances and fully integrated dishwashers. Bathrooms have rainfall showerheads, black walnut vanities, chrome fixtures and soaking tubs. Amenities include a common roof deck and bicycle storage.

According to the condo offering plan mentioned in the official website, the building was formerly known as 186 Putnam Avenue.

1188 Bedford is one of three contiguous buildings with the same architect popping up at the corner of Putnam and Bedford, Brownstoner reported. Brookland also owns 1192 Bedford, a five-story mixed-use building with six apartments. 1190 Bedford, owned by Moris Yeroshalmi of Rivka LLC in Great Neck, is yet another five-story building with six units. Suresh Manchanda of L&C Associates was the architect of record for the three structures.
