Construction is rolling along at Thirty Five Dolores in Mission Dolores.
Crafted by Levy Design Partners, the four-story 33-unit condo project by Lightner Property Group has one-, two- and three-bedrooms. Curated. designed the model residences.
Homes feature wide-plank oak flooring, large front windows for natural light, gas-burning fireplaces with quartz stone hearths, Viking kitchen appliances, kitchen islands in select units, quartz countertops, in-unit washer/dryer and kitchens with bathtubs and porcelain tile. Some of the residences have private exterior space.
Available units are priced from about $749,000 to $1.5 million. Check out floorplans here.
Amenities include a double-height lobby, interior courtyard, on-site guest studio, shared backyard, bicycle storage, dog wash area and car wash area. Select homes come with underground on-site parking and access to electric car chargers.
The project broke ground in May 2013, Curbed reported. The site was previously home to two ancient car repair shops dating back to 1917-1918.
