We’re back at The Station for our first Dig to Done visit in 2015. With construction right on schedule, this also marks the start of the last stretch of work before the 14-storey, two-tower condo by Brandy Lane Homes begins occupancy in the summer.

TheStation_AmenityWhen we visited The Station in December, the exterior windows on both towers had just been installed, but there was still exterior work being done on the seventh floor Studio Club rooftopamenity area. This large space, located in the centre podium, will house The Station’s long list of amenities including a fitness and entertainment centre, steam rooms, games room, plenty of outdoor spaceand an infinity-edge oasis pool. In addition to these amenities, The Station will boast the city’s first Urbanas – three private indoor/outdoor party rooms (think private boxes at The Rogers Centre with benefits). You can book one, or two, or all three.

On our latest tour of the site, about 95 per cent of the exterior has been completed and, with the Studio Club windows installed, the amenity space is really coming together.

Over in the lobby area, the impressive circular central concierge station has begun to take shape. When completed, the two-storey lobby will be draped in wood and stone complemented by dramatic lighting throughout.

Most of the lower level suites are still in the drywall stage, while some — including the 1 bedroom + den suite we toured —  have cabinets installed in the kitchens and bathrooms. It won’t be long before interior finishes like granite countertops and hardwood floors are installed!

Have a look at our latest collection of photos below, and stay tuned for our next installment of Dig to Done at The Station.
