The latest residences at Tishman Speyer’s Lumina will hit the market this Saturday.
The four-building complex in Rincon Hill is releasing condos for sale at its third building, eight-story Plaza C on Beale Street. Sales for the Arquitectonica-designed development commenced in late September with units at Main Street Plaza A (now sold out) and 37-story Main Street Tower D; more than 25 percent of Lumina’s total 656 units went into contract in the first three months.
Plaza C will offer studio to two-bedroom residences, many with private balconies. The floorplans were unveiled last week, as we reported. The building will feature a landscaped rooftop terrace with barbecues, fire pits and outdoor movie screen.
Amenities for the entire complex include a two-level club lounge, private dining room with demo kitchen, indoor screening room, business center, gym with climbing wall and two private exercise studios, spa with private treatment room and 70-foot lap pool.
The sales gallery, which has a full-sized, furnished two-bedroom model residence, is located at 289 Main Street at Folsom Street.
