Queen Street West was recently named the second coolest neighbourhood in the world by Vogue Magazine, meaning Brockton Commons residents will be only moments away from the amazing galleries, shopping, restaurants and nightlife that the area has to offer.
The 36 townhome residences will consist of a mix of two- and three-bedroom floorplans ranging in size from 900 square feet to 1,400 square feet.
The exterior of the homes will feature modern all-brick exteriors with metal accents, as well private rooftop patios and terraces. Inside, residents will be surrounded by nine-foot ceilings, floating wood-grain floors, granite or corian countertops, and kitchens with stainless steel appliances and large gourmet islands.
Setting the homes at Brockton Commons apart even further from the pack is the fact that they will be constructed using innovative H+ME building practices, a technique that uses 3D CAD technology to ensure both increased structural integrity and improved ventilation.
“These townhomes are much more advanced in terms of building techniques, the quality is high because we manufacture in a controlled environment,” explained Great Gulf President Christopher Wein.
“Our homes are engineered and built to a higher standard because of the computers and robotic equipment utilized in building the structure.”
Brockton Commons is scheduled to launch in spring 2015 with prices starting in the $370,000s. Stay tuned to learn more!
