Construction at Minto’s new Wallman Architects-designed Minto30Roe condominium project in the heart of midtown Toronto is quickly progressing. We dropped by the development recently and snapped some photos of the busy construction site.

After reaching street level last fall, construction has progressed to the fifth floor of the seven storey podium. Meanwhile, window installation is expected to start soon on lower levels. Once the podium is complete, crews will start pouring concrete for the tower portion of the 34 storey structure.

Once completed in 2016, Minto30Roe will house 395 units ranging in size from 588 square feet to 862 square feet. Suites feature spacious open concept designs with high quality finishes, European-inspired cabinetry, beautiful Caesarstone countertops, low-maintenance laminate floors and energy efficient stainless steel appliances.

Amenities at Minto30Roe include a striking lobby designed by world-renowned design firm II By IV, a lavish party room with kitchen and lounge, well-equipped fitness centre and beautiful outdoor spaces complete with gas barbecues.

The condominium’s 30 Roehampton address also means that local amenities are merely steps away. Residents will have easy access to all the shopping, food, and amenities that the Yonge and Eglinton area offers. Not to mention, all the transportation options that will be right outside their doors. These include the Yonge-University subway line, nearby Allen Road and Highway 401, and the brand new Eglinton Crosstown LRT once it opens.

Suites at Minto30Roe range from $360,900 to over $529,900.
