A teaser site is out for Carnegie Park, the 31-story rental that the Related Companies is converting into condos.
Located at 200 East 94th Street, the 345,000-square-foot development opened in 1987 and already has luxury amenities, including a rooftop terrace, swimming pool and gym, according to the New York Daily News, which first reported on the conversion in September.
The offering plan was submitted to the Attorney General in April 2014 and approved last month, with a current total price of $387.3 million.
The retooled building will feature 325 units. Pricing will range from approximately $600,000 to more than $4 million, according to the teaser site. Interiors will feature walnut-stained floors, new casement windows and marble-layered kitchens and baths. Residences will have studio to four-bedroom layouts.
Robert A.M. Stern is redesigning the amenity spaces, which will include a 24-hour attended lobby and concierge, private half-acre park and playground, sun-lit three-lane swimming pool with adjacent outdoor terrace, entertainment lounge, children’s playroom, gym with yoga studio and roof terrace with views of Central Park.
Corcoran Sunshine is handling marketing and sales at the property.
