After installing both cranes on-site last fall, the construction crew at 88 Scott by Concert are just about to hit another milestone. With construction now down over 60 feet to level P5, the crew is getting set to pour the last section of concrete slab. Once that’s completed, construction will start progressing upwards and is expected to hit grade by early June.
When completed in 2017, the 58 storey, Page + Steele and IBI Group-designed tower will rise above the corner of Scott Street and Wellington in downtown Toronto. At the base will be a five-storey podium clad in limestone and granite.
Suites at 88 Scott start in the mid $500,000s and is now at 92 per cent sold. Units come standard with wide plank laminate flooring throughout, polished quartz countertops, glass tile backsplashes and a contemporary built-in stainless steel European appliance package.
