Here’s a new rendering of 204 Forsyth, as leaked by master leaker/superbroker Fredrik Eklund.
The seven-story building, constructed from the ground up, will have 11 two- and three-bedroom luxury condos. Paris Forino is designing the interiors, and all the residences will overlook Sara D. Roosevelt Park. Pricing will range from $2.5 million to more than $3.5 million, according to the teaser site, which describes the condos as “EDGY REFINEMENT/EAST OF SOHO” (ahem). The structure will be capped by a “dramatic” penthouse with private exterior space. Curbed spotted the first interior renderings last month.
The condo offering plan was accepted last month, with a total current price of $44.63 million.
The development replaced a 1927 tenement building that was home to the Jesuit-run Nativity Mission School for 40 years. The middle school, which served boys from low-income families, shut its doors in 2012. Charles Saulson purchased the site that year for $4.5 million, as well as a vacant lot at neighboring 206 Forsyth for $1.7 million, according to The Lo-Down.
