The penthouse at 1110 Park Avenue by Toll Brothers City Living is now on the market for $35 million — $9 million less than its $44 million asking price in October.

The 7,000-square-foot, five-bedroom triplex occupies the top three floors of the 16-story building and has a private rooftop terrace measuring 1,738 square feet. The roof deck comes with a 8′ by 14′ heated pool, wood-burning fireplace, wet bar and built-in Wolf barbecue, according to the Wall Street Journal, which reported the asking price of $44 million.

The nine-unit building offers three- to five-bedroom residences. Interiors have private keyed elevator entry, fumed oak flooring, custom mahogany paneling and millwork details, pre-wiring for home automation, Juliette balconies and en-suite baths in every bedrooms. Christopher Peacock designed the kitchens, which have marble countertops, hand-painted custom cabinetry and Gaggenau and Wolf appliances.
