We’ve now taken our last subway trip of 2014 to Wilson Station to get the latest from the hardworking team building The Station. It seems like just yesterday that we were watching the team complete demolition on the site. Time flies when you’re watching something amazing being built!
Future residents of the Brandy Lane Homes’ condominium community will be happy to see that there has been significant progress made since our last visit earlier in the fall.
From the exterior, the most obvious update is that all the windows have been installed on both 14-storey towers, and the team is working on installing the privacy fencing on the balconies. The courtyard, which will be accessible from Tippett Road, has also taken shape at the south end of the site.
Inside, more dry walling has been completed in the suites and the bathrooms in some suites have even been outfitted bathtubs and toilets.
Colour selection appointments are underway, and first occupancy is slated for 2015, so our series will be wrapping up soon, but not before we have the opportunity for at least a few more trips to continue to monitor progress. Have a look at our latest collection of photos below…
