The teaser site has slipped out for Zaha Hadid’s magnificent High Line condo project.
Located at 520 West 28th Street, the squishy-silhouette building by Related Companies will have 11 stories and 39 residences. This will be Hadid’s first building in New York. The capacious condos will be priced from approximately $4 million to more than $20 million, according to the teaser site.
In May, The Real Deal got the scoop on pricing at the dramatic building; according to the condo offering plan, the most expensive unit will be a five-bedroom, 6.5-bath duplex penthouse measuring 6,391 square feet and priced at $35 million. The total residential sell out price is $408.405 million.
Curbed got a look at unreleased interior renderings, which feature a kitchen with undulating center island and a bathroom with highlighted, textured walls.
Amenities will include an outdoor garden, courtyard, roof terrace, indoor pool and spa, entertainment space and playroom.
Sales are slated to start in early 2015. Related Sales and Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group are handling sales at the property.
