New floorplans have been released for Plaza C at Lumina in Rincon Hill.
Designed by Arquitectonica, the 656-unit development by Tishman Speyer is located at 201 Folsom Street. The glassy, curved complex boasts four buildings total — two high-rise towers and two mid-rise plazas. Tower D on Main Street topped out in mid-December at 37 stories, and 43-story Tower B is slated to top out in January, according to Curbed.
Sales started this fall, with a first release of about 50 units at Plaza A and Tower D. Prices started at about $1,069 per square foot for a studio and went up to about $2,000 per square foot for a three-bedroom.
