Demolition has started on the site of the highly anticipated King Blue Condos at King Street and Blue Jays Way in Toronto.
The two-tower, 918-unit development has been the talk of the town since it was originally announced. With its prime downtown location, interiors by Munge Leung and architecture by Page + Steele/IBI Group, it’s easy to see why.
The immaculate presentation centre is still open for now on the site, but it won’t stay that way for long. Time is running out to explore one of the city’s most unique presentation centres in one of the city’s most talked about condominium developments of the last few years.
With demolition still in the early stages, there’s not too much action happening at the site right now, but we’ll be paying close attention as work ramps up on King Blue.

The photo above captures part of the historic Westinghouse Building at the corner of King and Blue Jays Way. King Blue will incorporate the building in its facade in fitting with the architectural style of the neighbourhood.
