The boxy, recently revealed facade of Tribeca’s Franklin Place is moving along.
Designed by ODA Architecture, the 20-story, 53-unit development by Elad Group officially hit the market in May 2013. Andres Escobar & Associates designed the interiors at the property, also known as 5 Franklin Place or 371 Broadway.
The condominiums feature five-inch plank oak hardwood floors, hand-laid marble bathrooms and open chef kitchens with Poggenpohl cabinetry, integrated Sub-Zero refrigerators and Bosch appliances. The penthouses have double-height ceilings up to 20 feet tall in the living spaces.
Amenities include a full-time concierge, landscaped roof deck with pool and cabanas, gym, children’s playroom, parking, private storage and bicycle storage. The courtyard runs along Franklin Place, the historic cobblestone alley that gives the project its name.
The two remaining residences are a 759-square-foot one-bedroom asking $1.4 million and a 1,552-square-foot two-bedroom asking $3.5 million.
