Main Street SeatonYou can bet Averton Homes knew it had a success on its hands after over 1,500 people registered for its new townhome community, Main Street Seaton.

The success shouldn’t come as too much of a surprise though. After all, the Seaton neighbourhood in Pickering is a highly sought after location and Averton has a great reputation for building high quality homes in both eastern and western Canada.

With interest clearly growing in the new master-planned community, the developer let registrants catch a sneak peek at what it has in store for the Pickering neighbourhood.

Unsurprisingly, hundreds attended the VIP preview late in November to get a jump on advance pricing on the wide selection of brownstone townhomes available in a variety of designs and configurations.

The developer is offering buyers three distinct styles of townhomes: the Garden Towns, which boast traditional design elements, the Coach Towns, which consist of back-to-back towns and the Urban Town, a collection of stacked townhomes.

Other big draws to the towns are the designer-inspired kitchens with custom quality cabinetry, nine foot ceilings on the main floors and engineered laminate flooring in the main principal rooms.

The grand opening for Main Street Seaton is set for the New Year, so if you missed out on the VIP preview, stay tuned for more news on the opening. You won’t want to miss it!

Prices starts from the mid-$200,000s and homes range in size from 788 to 1,418 square feet.
