wy Construction is underway at Wyldewood Cove by Brandy Lane Homes, a four season resort-style community on the shores of Georgian Bay. Since the groundbreaking in July, crews have been hard at work clearing and adding fill to the site. One hundred thousand metric tonnes of earth will be brought in to raise the land height by three metres, creating a gradual revetment slope to help protect the lakeshore.

Wyldewood Cove includes seven, three storey, 177 unit condominium buildings, which are slated for occupancy in December 2015–just in time for ski season.  The community is only minutes from Blue Mountain, Ontario’s biggest and best ski resort.

Wyldewood Cove is now almost 88 per cent sold, so potential buyers are encouraged to act fast. Available suites include one-bedroom and one-bedroom plus den designs with cozy gas fireplaces, granite kitchen countertops, stacked washer/dryer units, stainless steel appliances and a large storage locker for sports equipment beside the front door. Prices begin from $179,990.

wylde Each suite also has a spacious outdoor terrace with a gas-ready barbeque hook-up, ideal for extending living space. All residents will benefit from the lushly landscaped central promenade that offers stunning views of Blue Mountain and Georgian Bay, and turns into a skating rink in the winter.

Wyldewood Cove will feature exceptional, year-round amenities such as the heated outdoor pool and lighthouse lookout pergola, which is adjacent to the floating docks and kayak storage. The community is surrounded by a 15-acre nature preserve and the area is known for its great hiking and cross country skiing.
