Last month, the 1,396-foot-tall tower formally topped out, cementing its status as the tallest residential building in the Western Hemisphere. Designed by Rafael Viñoly, the 96-story, 104-unit feat of engineering is a perfect square of architectural concrete, featuring 10′ by 10′ windows. The uber-luxury condominiums begin 356 feet above the ground.
