The first of two towers at SkyCity in Richmond Hill is well underway. The building’s framework has been erected and workers are currently installing the glass façade that gives this tower is contemporary appearance. Significant and substantial progress has been made on the condo community by Pemberton Group since our last update this summer – just take a look at these images:

SkyCity 1 is a 20-storey, 210 unit condominium located near Yonge and Highway 7.
