Roccabella, the luxury condo project located next door to Montreal’s Bell Center, reached a new milestone.
After the runaway sales success of the project’s first tower, MC Finance recently announced that the suites of tower two are now on the market.
The twin 40-storey structures, known as the Drummond Tower and Mountain Tower, are linked together by a commercial podium which will be home to a number of services for residents. The project will also include exclusive amenities including a saltwater swimming pool, which will open up to a terrace, a sun deck, spa, sauna as well as additional terrace space.
Roccabella features a wide variety of units, ranging in size from 736 to 2,600-square feet (the 40th floor penthouses will be come with over 1,000-square feet of terrace space!).
The high-end European finishes clearly struck a chord with condo buyers in the first tower. Residents can expect Italian-made kitchens, vanities, closet storage systems, ceramic tiling as well as other luxurious details.
The location at René Lévesque W. Boulevard, between Mountain and Drummond Streets, is ultra convenient and will provide residents with exceptional access to the shops, restaurants and cafes of the city’s core.
We’ve been following the construction of the project since it broke ground in March 2013. This first phase, which includes the entire base of the commercial space as the well as the Drummond Tower, the first of the residential towers, will be delivered by the end of 2015.
