On the GO Mimico gets its moniker from the project’s oh-so-convenient location. After all, the condo property will have direct access to the Mimico GO station from its property.

But Stanton Renaissance chose the site at Royal York Road and Newcastle Street for a number of reasons, including the endless options residents will have for getting around town.

Since it’s located just off of Royal York Road, the condo has great TTC access. The 76 Royal York South bus connects directly to the Bloor/Danforth subway line at Royal York station in addition to traveling down to the Lake Shore Boulevard West in the south.

There are a number of bus and streetcar routes along Lake Shore, including the 145 Downtown Express. Aside from the Mimico GO station, which can take you straight downtown to Union Station, the express bus provides another way to get to the core, quickly.

The bus stops within one block of the Queen, Osgoode, St Andrew and King Stations on the Yonge-University-Spadina Subway during peak travel times. Bike racks are available on the route too.

The Lake Shore is also home to other east-west transit lines, including the 301 Queen streetcar, which travels to Longbranch in the west and all the way to the city’s eastern limits at the Neville Park loop. Stops on the route include the Humber Loop transit hub, Roncesvalles Avenue, Osgoode Station and Queen Station.

For cyclists, there are plenty of neighbourhood bike lanes, including one on Royal York which extends north all the way to Glenroy Avenue and south to Lake Shore. The Royal York bike lane also connects to other bike-friendly routes along Birmingham St and Elder Ave.

For cyclists, the bike lane on Royal York connects all the way south with connections to additional routes along Birmingham St and Elder Ave.

Need to get out of town? This location also offers easy access to Highway 427 and the Gardiner Expressway. Plus the neighbourhood is known for its ground-level amenities, making it all the easier to walk to your favourite cafe or restaurant.

The 27-storey tower is all about convenience. It will even be home to a cafe and gourmet food shop. Suites start from the mid $200,000s and range in size from 534 to 994-square feet, along with penthouse options.
