minto Brokers across Toronto will be setting their alarm clocks early this Saturday, as Minto Westside is set to open its brand new presentation centre for an exclusive sales event. The modern, two-tower condominium will be located at the corner of Bathurst and Front Street West and is scheduled for completion in 2018.

The Minto sales centre has seen steady lineups this week leading up to the official sales event and launch. “Brokers are vying to get their hands on the most attractive suites,” said Alex J. Wilson of RE/MAX Condos Plus. According to Wilson and condo specialist Andrew la Fleur, current units are priced nearly $50,000 below current market values.

Minto Westside will include 660 units and 30,000 square feet of ground floor retail space. The East and West towers will rise 18 and 20 storeys, respectively. Suite sizes range from studios to spacious three-bedrooms and will be characterized by designer kitchen cabinetry, Caesarstone countertops, Energy Star appliances, deep soaker tubs and walk-in showers. Prices start from $189,990.

The project will feature first-rate social and recreational amenities. The third floor will house the W Courtyard, including an indoor dining room and four outdoor lounge areas with fireplaces, sculptures and ample greenery. The separate W2 courtyard provides a more intimate setting for outdoor gatherings. The YTZ Lounge is an indoor entertainment area with a wet bar and dining room. The state-of-the-art fitness centre will be designed by Movement Haus — needless to say, you’ll never pay for a gym membership again.

Minto Westside also offers two guest suites for rent, a 24 hour concierge and complimentary bicycle storage.
