Buying a new condo should feel good — but at The Kip District: One, it feels great. For every unit purchased, Concert Properties will help a homeless youth in need, providing one month of accommodation at Youth Without Shelter, an Etobicoke-based emergency residence and referral agency.

Upon the completion of sales at the 28 storey, 283 unit condominium, over $213,000 will be donated. “We were drawn to Youth Without Shelter because of the incredible amount of support and services they provide for homeless youth located in Etobicoke and across the GTA,” said Brian McCauley, President & COO of Concert.

The Adopt-A-Bed program provides young people, ages 16 to 24, with a safe, warm bed, three meals and two snacks daily, personal hygiene products and support from an outstanding team of child and youth care social service workers.

Concert Properties is committed to fostering community, through both its partnerships and its developments. Located in Etobicoke along Dundas Street West, The Kip District will include 1,500 units within five residential towers. The six acre site will feature commercial and retail shops as well as a central public square for community events and programming.
