Pre-leasing has kicked off for 1133 Manhattan Avenue in Greenpoint.
The seven-story, 210-unit development by The Domain Companies was designed by Navid Maqami of Perkins Eastman. The 105 market-rate units for the project, named Eleven33, are priced from $2,775 per month for a one-bedroom, according to the Greenpoint Gazette. Two-bedrooms will start at $3,800 per month. The affordable housing lottery for the other 105 apartments received a whopping 58,832 applications — that’s a 0.2 percent chance of scoring an affordable studio, one-bedroom or two-bedroom at $494 to $2,405 per month.
The interiors were designed by hOmE Interiors, and Future Green Studio did the landscaping. Finishes, fixtures and artwork were created by Greenpoint Manufacturing and Design Center’s artisans. Kitchens have stainless steel, Energy Star appliances and quartz countertops, while bathrooms come with hardwood vanities and subway tile showers. All apartments feature light oak hardwood flooring throughout, and many units have full-size washer/dryer.
Amenities include a full-time concierge; resident lounge and cafe with media center, espresso bar and kitchen; courtyard with outdoor kitchen and seating; furnished rooftop terrace; gym; workspace areas with conference room, computer stations, hotspot printing and scanning and on-site garage parking with direct building access, ZipCar and ZipVan. There are also docking stations in each amenity area for a “personalized music experience.”
The building is targeting Silver LEED Certification. Of the apartments, 75 will be ready for occupancy by mid-December, while the rest will be available for move-ins come January.
