Mission condo project M@1875 has released a slew of photos and floorplans.
Located at 1875 Mission Street, the 39-unit building offers studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom residences, with pricing from the low $700,000s. There are 10 studios (measuring up to 640 square feet), 13 one-bedrooms (up to 840 square feet) and 16 two-bedrooms (up to 1,270 square feet), according to the official site.
Interiors feature hardwood floors, moveable frosted glass walls, custom cabinetry and Ann Sacks and Porcelanosa tile. The kitchens are fitted with Bertazzoni ranges and microwaves, Leibherr refrigerators with icemakers and Blanco faucets.
The lobby is awash in Moroccan tiles, herringbone reclaimed hardwood floors and designer lighting. The roof level includes a glass-enclosed dog run, deck and the neighborhood’s only heated swimming pool, accented with hot pink awnings. Secured garage parking is available for one- and two-bedroom units.
Rusty Wadatz of Vanguard Properties, who served as lead designer on all of the interiors and finishes, is overseeing sales at the development. “We wanted to create a current and playful experience, where style and elegance prevail without fuss or complexity,” Wadatz said in a statement.
