On Saturday, October 18th, Burlington condo-hunters are in for a special treat. ADI Development Group and Fortress Real Developments will be throwing open the doors to its sales centre for the exclusive preview launch of LINK2 Condos + Lofts.
Sign up now to be among the first to preview and purchase one of the suites before the general public. We’re expecting quite the crowd! The second phase of the project is actually launching early – how often does that happen in the home building industry?
Registrants will get first pick of the project’s coveted residences: the lofts, garden villas and condo suites that look out onto the nearby ravine.
Situated at Dundas Street and Sutton Drive, LINK2 will back out onto the Bronte Creek. The architecture of the structure, masterminded by RAW Design, takes into mind the location and natural surrounding.
LINK will be also be U-shaped and oriented towards the creek with its tiered floors shifting at different angles to better provide its residents with sweeping views of the nearby provincial park.
A concrete deck, landscaped with plenty of greenery, will extend from the second storey, providing at-grade parking for residents below the court as well as a natural, green ramp that slopes down towards the creek.
A central courtyard will be home to a tranquil parterre garden with lounging area and the nearby, two-level recreation centre will be home to two terraces overlooking the ravine.
Other on-site perks include exercise facilities, a pool and sauna. If you’re looking to entertain visitors, residents will also have access to a billiards room, dining area and kitchen for dinner parties.
Inside, residents will enjoy smartly designed suites with a modern aesthetic. If you can see yourself calling the project home, we’ll say it again – register!
The preview launch at the sales centre, located at 5210 Dundas St., starts at noon. Guests will be treated to local food trucks serving up the region’s best coffee, bagels and gourmet lunch options.
Suites start from the mid $190,000s. The project has a total of 297 units.
