Holm in Logan Circle is officially launching this month.
Located at 1550 11th Street NW, on the corner of Rhode Island Avenue, the four-story condo project has 38 units. CAS Riegler is the developer, and Hickok Cole Architects designed the building, which will host more than 3,100 square feet of retail on the ground floor. The site used to be a parking lot and taxi garage with the address 1101 Rhode Island Avenue; CAS Riegler called the lot “one of the last remaining pieces of developable land in the desirable Logan Circle neighborhood,” Curbed reported.
Interiors will feature custom built-in kitchens and millwork, 5″ wide plank hardwood floors with sound dampening cork and European frameless cabinetry. Many units will come with a private terrace or balcony. Pricing details below, according to a building rep email:
