The 29 storey, 416 unit condominium and townhome development by the Daniels Corporation will welcome new residents starting in December. BuzzBuzzHome was recently invited to One Park Place South to tour its facilities and model suites — here are some highlights:

The Urban Mews, a wide boulevard connecting the One Park Place towers, hosts the Regent Park Farmers Market every Wednesday from mid-June through September. Farm fresh Ontario produce, unique vendors and live entertainment are literally at your doorstep.

mews Squash may have a preppy reputation, but you don’t need to own a cable knit cardigan to take part in this high-intensity sport, as One Park Place South offers two indoor courts. If playing a competitive game of knockout is more your style, there’s also a half-court gymnasium with a basketball hoop.

bball Recognizing a need for larger, family-size units in Toronto, the Daniels Corporation has designed three bedroom condos and multi-level townhomes. The Curant townhome model, a two bedroom plus den, is on the market for $575,900. The 1,301 square foot space features an oak staircase, enhanced stainless steel appliances, spacious closets and two terraces.

Together with the MLSE Foundation and the City of Toronto, the Daniels Corporation is constructing a hockey rink, basketball court, soccer and cricket pitch and a running track directly behind One Park Place South. You may even catch the Toronto FC practicing at the Regent Park facility from time to time.

fields One Park Place South boasts superior interior finishes and features — and the two model suites we toured were no exception. The decor was designed by award-winning Toronto-based firm, Cecconi Simone Inc. All units feature stainless steel appliances and quartz kitchen countertops with matching islands, perfect for preparing a meal or sitting down to eat. Bathrooms will include custom designed cabinetry and relaxing, deep soaker tubs.

kitchen To tour the model suites yourself, visit the One Park Place presentation centre at 500 Dundas Street East on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between 12pm and 6pm, on Wednesday from 12pm to 8pm or during the weekend from 12pm to 5pm.
