Leasing has begun at Bushwick’s 51 Troutman Street.
Located between Bushwick and Evergreen avenues, the four-story building offers eight apartments. Pricing for available units ranges from $2,076 per month for a one-bedroom to $3,323 per month for a three-bedroom duplex with a private back yard.
Interiors feature hardwood floors and kitchens with Caesarstone countertops, porcelain backsplash and GE stainless steel appliances, as well as washer/dryer hook-ups. In-wall speakers are installed throughout the apartments. The units come with one month of free rent, so multiply those above net-effective figures by 13/12.
Permits were first filed in 2007 for a four-story, 45-foot-tall building at the vacant site. The project evidently stalled, and the still-empty lot traded in March 2013 to 51 Troutman Realty LLC for $450,000, according to Department of Finance records.
