Williamsburg boutique condo 201 North 11th Street is on the market.
The seven-story, four-unit project by developer Build 360 was designed by Atelier New York Architecture. Located between Roebling Street and Driggs Avenue by McCarren Park, the condos consist of three duplexes and a one-bedroom penthouse. All units have private outdoor space.
The two apartments on the market are both four-bedrooms measuring 2,105 square feet, with asking prices of $3.5 million and $3.8 million.
Interiors include keyed elevator access, wide-plank walnut floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, 19′ ceilings in the great room, central air, in-unit washer/dryer, custom millwork, gas fireplaces and kitchens with wine storage and appliances by Wolf, Bosch and Liebherr. The bathrooms come with teak siding, zebra gray marble and Toto toilets, while roof decks each boast a full outdoor kitchen.
The scaffolding came down last month, and Brownstoner posted photos revealing the exterior. The side wall appears to be rust-colored brick or tile, and wood wraps around the front facade.
The project comes with a small garage. Corcoran Group is handling marketing and sales.
