The latest renovated units at 100 West 93rd Street in the Upper West Side have set sail on the market.

The handful of revamped studio to three-bedroom homes are part of the 280-unit building, formerly known as the Leader House. Constructed in the 1970s, the apartment tower was converted into condominiums in 2007.

Pricing for available new units ranges from $785,000 for a 550-square-foot one-bedroom to $1.375 million for a 974-square-foot two-bedroom.

Permits were filed in May 2014 for renovating approximately 10 existing apartments at the building.
