The Union Jack clad sales centre for The Barrington Condominium Flats will open its doors to the public on Saturday, September 24th. “The Barrington will pay the Zipcar membership fees for our residents during their first year,” said Heather Hamilton, Sales and Marketing Manager with Lash Group of Companies. “They will have to pay for the usage, but it’s a great offer.”
Additionally, The Barrington will provide a 24-hour concierge service, a fitness room, catering kitchen, garden terrace with barbeque space, a multi-purpose room for entertaining guest and a lounge area with a media wall and pool table. Located at 1486 Bathurst Street, The Barrington is mere steps from grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, retail shops, bike lanes and even the TTC. “Working with residents who have already moved into our other two developments in the area, I can say that they love the fact they can meet for coffee or go out to a restaurant without ever using their car,” said Hamilton.
