construction cam-1

The southwest corner of Lougheed and Willingdon in Burnaby is growing up fast. Appia Development has been hard at work building Stratus and Altus, the first two towers in the highly anticipated Solo District master-planned community.

Stratus, located at the southeast corner of Lougheed and Rosser, is nearly three quarters complete, with crews currently working on the 34th floor. All trades are in the building and are carefully installing flooring, cabinets and appliances to each unit as the building continues to rise. Next door, Altus will soon emerge from the ground as crews at that site complete the parkade and start working their way up.

Want to check in on the construction process for yourself? You don’t even need to leave your seat as Appia has launched a live, 24-hour construction cam.

Also new at Solo District: a limited-collection of seven two-bedroom D5 plan homes. With 968 square feet of living space, this south-facing home begins on the 27th floor and boasts two ensuite bathrooms, air-conditioning, a large 160 square foot balcony and much more.
