Sixty Colborne, a 25-storey structure coming to King East, just hit a milestone. Freed Developments and Carttera Private Equities are behind the condo which just broke ground amid a celebratory event that saw Torontonians come out to to the project site and enjoy food, music and the urban atmosphere of the downtown eastside neighbourhood.
If you didn’t get a chance to come out for the party, it’s definitely worth dropping by the sales centre at 60 Colborne St. For a limited time only, condo hunters can take advantage of a number of incentives: buyers only have to pay $5,000 on signing, a balance of 5 per cent to $5,000 in 30 days, 5 per cent in 90 days, 5 per cent in 180 days and 5 per cent upon occupancy.
Plus they’ll be able to snag a complete furniture package, valued up to $20,000! Contact the sales centre for all the details.
A condo set to rise in a part of the city famous for its design stores has to have plenty of style and this project has it in spades. Johnson Chou is behind the interiors and architectsAlliance designed the exterior.
