There’s something to be said about a suite with enviable lakeside views. Aside from being easy on the eyes, the scenery tends to mean there are a number of nature-oriented amenities nearby. Just look to Residences at The Hunt Club in Toronto’s Birch Cliff neighbourhood.
The eight-storey building will offer picturesque views of Lake Ontario and The Toronto Hunt golf club’s fairways. Adit Kumar, partner at Infinity Development Group, described the setting as “an everyday Sunday” to the Toronto Star. In other words, the location is tough to beat.
Located at 1350 Kingston Road, Residences at The Hunt Club will house 56 condo units and 14 townhomes, with 53 distinct floorplans. The building will also contain many penthouses, which were the first units to sell. Kumar says this speaks to the neighbourhood’s prosperity.
“People see value in a very unique location that is going to retain its value,” Kumar told the Star.
The new boutique building will house a number of sought-after amenities, including a guest suite, party room, rooftop lounge, fitness room and yoga studio. Each suite will also be outfitted with a variety of high-quality features and finishes. Residents can look forward to open-concept living rooms, stacked washers and dryers, engineered hardwood flooring, European-style kitchen cabinetry, energy-efficient appliances and more.
The project is scheduled for completion in 2017. Prices for available suites start from the $300,000s and units range in size from 598 to 1,795 square feet.
