Count on TAS to celebrate the grand opening of the Kingston&Co presentation centre with a giant street festival. The developer is known to go above and beyond with all of their projects, and the events they throw are no exception.

The celebratory festival will take place this weekend on Saturday, September 13th and Sunday, September 14th at 1089 Kingston Road in the east parking lot beside the Alpine Hotel. Head to the festival between noon and 5pm to experience being part of the vibrant community in Toronto’s east end.

Attendees can expect to find all sorts of carnival-esque fixings, from cotton candy and ice cream sandwiches to local coffee vendors and a live jazz band. The only difference? It’s all complimentary.

The presentation centre across the street is also home to a beautifully decorated 650-square-foot model suite designed by Mason Studio. In between noshing on sweets and swaying to live music, guests can take part in a model suite tour. The suite captures the vibe of the entire building with both traditional and modern influences (think custom millwork and marble surfaces with matte wood finishes).

Once complete, the new mid-rise residential building will rise 10 storeys and boast an elegant, stepped exterior. Award-winning Teeple Architects knew to take advantage of the location’s scenic surroundings. For that reason, residents will have their own balcony or terrace with views of the lake and nearby beach.

Kingston&Co’s amenities will also make the most of the scenery with a ninth-floor rooftop terrace that boasts private raised gardens and a communal growing space for vegetables and herbs. Other amenities include a fitness centre with yoga room, pet washing station, car wash bay and more.

Prices for available suites start in the low $300,000s and units range in size from 407 to 1,439 square feet.
