September is a perfect time to enjoy Bloordale. With the weather still warm and the sun shining, dog-walkers, families and all kinds of folk all come out for a stroll. The cafes are full and the parks are animated by picnic-goers and playground visitors. We dropped into the neighbourhood on Saturday, September 27th for the launch of Engima on the Park and it’s clear that the location will give residents a front row seat to the lively and tight-knit community.
After all, the Aragon Properties project is a rare boutique building on a quiet side street. Located at 138 St. Helen’s Avenue, the 86-unit project fronts green space. Whether you call a townhouse or loft your own, your backyard will be MacGregor Park, home to a recreation centre, playground and plenty of room to just hang out under the trees.
Early buyers have been charmed by the unique location and many work in creative fields. It’s also piqued the interest of home-hunters who are hoping for a car-free lifestyle. Enigma on the Park is just south of the Lansdowne subway station and north of the College and Dundas streetcars. With such fantastic transit access, many of the buyers decided to buy a residence without parking.
We dropped by the sales centre at 138 St. Helen’s Avenue to check out the event. Here are a few our pics:
