Walk-Up Condo Towns

Following their successful Daniels Erin Mills high-rise project, The Daniels Corporation is bringing another ground-breaking development to the Mississauga area this September, Daniels Encore.

Purchasers will be able to buy from the collection of fully-built condominium townhomes with just five per cent down. Walk-up townhomes start from the mid-$200,000s and traditional two- and three-storey townhomes from the mid $400,000s for one-, two- and three-bedroom designs.

Located in Erin Mills’ most desirable location at Destination Drive and Winston Churchill Boulevard, Daniels Encore is within minutes of shops, restaurants, schools, recreation centres, the renowned Credit Valley Hospital and the Erin Mills Town Centre.

Features include ceramic kitchen backsplash, imported ceramic tile and laminate flooring, and glass shower enclosures in select homes.

In the two and three-storey townhomes, homeowners will also enjoy granite kitchen countertops, oak staircases, and pre-finished hardwood flooring in the living and dining rooms.

All two-storey townhomes will come with a finished basement with finished three-piece bathroom. Three-storey townhomes will have an unfinished basement with a three-piece bathroom rough-in.

What’s more, the low-rise residences will include playgrounds and community gardening plots coming in Phase II.

Traditional 3 Storey Condo Towns

Daniels Corporation has earned a reputation as a forward-thinking city-builder: founder and CEO, John Daniels, played a major role in creating the ‘New Town’ of Erin Mills back in the early 1980s, built Mississauga City Centre community and was chosen to partner with Toronto Community Housing to revitalize Regent Park – 69-acres in the heart of Toronto’s Downtown East.

First-time homebuyers who meet certain criteria can withdraw up to $25,000 from their personal RRSP to use toward their downpayment, and buyers qualify to receive the First-Time Home Buyer’s Tax Credit of up to $750 in tax relief toward closing costs.

Homes will be ready to move into later this year.
