Toronto’s established Leaside neighbourhood is about to receive a modern update. Mazenga recently announced plans for its newest residential project called CORE Modern Homes, a collection of seven distinctive townhomes.
The new community is catered toward growing families, as each unit will feature spacious living and dining rooms, expansive kitchens and even master suites that take up an entire level. Each home will also contain three bedrooms and a flexible loft space that’s ideal for family get-togethers.
The developer appointed award-winning firm Batay-Csorba Architects to design the homes’ ultra-modern exteriors. Each facade will be clad in a series of large windows to bring in plenty of natural light and ventilation. The unique architecture will also complement the elegant interior of each space.
Located at 538 Eglinton Avenue East, residents won’t have to rely on a vehicle to get from point A to B. The reason? CORE Modern Homes will sit along the Eglinton Crosstown Line, which means public transportation will soon be a breeze.
The project is still in its early stages so keep checking back for future updates! Be sure to register online to learn more or contact Paul Johnston, the salesperson for the project, by calling 416 897 5480 or emailing online.
