The penthouses at Brooklyn’s most vertically blessed tower have hit the market.
The Stahl Organization’s 388 Bridge Street has released its penthouse collection, which consists of 40 residences located on floors 45 through 53. Ranging in size from 1,144 square feet to 2,371 square feet, the crowning apartments have 360-degree views, with duplexes and outdoor terraces a-plenty. Pricing ranges from $1.742 million to $5.999 million.
No two penthouses at the 53-story, 595-foot-tall tower are the same, and buyers will have the opportunity to combine multiple units. Every residence has ceiling heights from 10’6″, five-inch gray wash white oak flooring, individually controlled heating and kitchens with quartz countertops, rolling island carts and appliances by Liebherr, Wolf and Bosch. Bathrooms are fitted with custom white quartz cast sinks, walk-in showers and white lacquer vanities, while master baths have Lagos Azul limestone flooring and white quartz walls.

Rounding out the amenities are a lounge and party room with kitchen pantry, children’s playroom, media/screening room, gym and fifth-floor outdoor terrace with barbecue grilling area, children’s playground and ipe-wood deck.
