250N10, Williamsburg’s street-art-loving rental, is officially 95 percent leased.
The six-story, 234-unit development by LCOR started leasing in April. Located between Roebling Street and Union Avenue, the project is wrapped in a distinctive glass curtain facade designed by SLCE. The apartments are studio to two-bedroom residences, with private terraces in select units.
Me and General Design curated the interiors, which have hardwood floors, plentiful closet space, stainless steel appliances, Caesarstone countertops, ceramic tile bathrooms with full porcelain tubs and in-unit washer/dryer.
The hefty amenities include 24-hour concierge services; a landscaped courtyard; cafe lounge with free WiFi, television and complimentary coffee; gym with cardio and weight room; resident lounge with pool table and furnished roof deck with BBQ area. Residents also have access to a 117-space parking garage.
