234 East 23rd Street in Gramercy is three quarters sold after three months on the market.

The 20-story, 57-unit condominium building by the Naftali Group launched sales in June. Goldstein, Hill & West Architects designed the classic brick facade building, and Rottet Studio crafted the interiors. Residences feature airy living spaces with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling casement windows, solid white oak floors and kitchens with white quartzite countertops, silver travertine backsplashes and integrated Sub-Zero and Bertazzoni appliances.

Prices for the remaining residences start at $1.1 million for a one-bedroom and go up to $2.9 million for three-bedrooms.

Amenities include a gym, library with pool table, garden and roof terrace with barbecue and outdoor kitchen. Residents also get individual private storage units and bicycle storage.
