18 Park in Liberty Harbor North is at the vanguard of the Jersey City development boom.

The 11-story, 422-unit rental building by Ironstate Development and The Kushner Real Estate Group started leasing in May.

The declarative facade, masterminded by HWKN, is a Tetris-like array of simple punched windows, metal panels and beige and black brick. The C-shaped design offers views of the nearby marina and Hudson River waterfront.

Pricing for available units ranges from $2,275 per month for a 643-square-foot studio to $3,590 per month for a 909-square-foot two-bedroom. Some apartments are designed in a townhome style, and select units have private terraces.

Interiors have hardwood floors, nine-foot ceilings and thoroughly modern kitchens with custom cabinets, quartz countertops and GE stainless steel appliances. Residents get views of the Statue of Liberty, Verrazano Bridge and Manhattan skyline. Every apartment comes with a full-size washer and dryer.

The project, which broke ground in 2012, was crafted to meet LEED Certification and Feng Shui principles by Feng Shui Manhattan. 18 Park will also be home to the new Boys & Girls Club of Hudson County, with a gym, floor-to-ceiling glass wall and separate entrance.

Amenities include a 24-hour doorman, outdoor swimming pool, gym, lounge with Wi-Fi, game room, children’s playroom, dining room, landscaped plaza, dog run, bike storage, private storage and a parking garage. The roof deck boasts unobscured vistas of The Statue of Liberty and the Manhattan skyline.

The Marketing Directors is handling leasing at the property.
