Now that Beaverhall Homes and Graywood Developments have topped off the new waterfront community’s 39-storey condo tower and recently finished construction on the 10-storey boutique building, we were given the chance to experience the lakeside lifestyle for ourselves. However temporary, this was an opportunity that was too good to pass up.
The picturesque views of the Toronto skyline spotted from a penthouse suite balcony on the boutique tower’s eighth-floor are enough to make any resident feel like they’re living in an idyllic beach setting, without being completely detached from the city — it’s only a 20 minute drive to get downtown after all.
Aside from the condo project’s enviable views, future residents can look forward to a wealth of amenities that pay homage to the neighbourhood’s scenic surroundings. Located at 2157 Lake Shore Boulevard West, Ocean Club will boast 17,500 square feet of private outdoor space on the ground floor along with an outdoor courtyard that connects to the Humber Bay Shores Park. While on site, we also toured the tower’s glass-walled three-storey lobby. It will soon house a restaurant that promises to offer diners enviable views with every meal.
