Minto at Lansdowne rises high as construction continues on the two-tower development

While Minto at Lansdowne caught the eye of Ottawa condo buyers long before it broke ground, the two-tower development from Minto has more recently been capturing the attention of shoppers and bar-hoppers on Bank Street, thanks to its construction progress.

The development’s two condos, The Rideau and 118 Holmwood, are now rising high at Bank Street and Holmwood Avenue in the city’s historic Lansdowne Park area.

Minto at Lansdowne has struck quite the chord with buyers, selling half of its suites in the first week of release. Those still hoping to a nab a spot only need to put five per cent down as part of a limited-time offer available for a selection of 118 Holmwood’s floorplans.

The Rideau will stand at 20-storeys and feature a limited collection of townhomes at ground level.

At 13-storeys, 118 Holmwood is an intimate residence and will offers occupants access to a private, 40-square foot terrace.
