Before Enigma on the Park in Toronto’s west end officially opens for sales, the team behind the 86-unit boutique project is inviting the public to visit the presentation centre on Sunday, August 10th for a big barbecue event to celebrate the community.
Besides grabbing a bite to eat, attendees can tour the showroom to learn more about the innovative loft-style condos and townhomes. Just head to to sales centre at 138 St. Helens Avenue between 12pm and 3pm.
The modern nine-storey project by Aragon Properties has been making waves ever since it first launched thanks to its bold design by Quadrangle Architects that’s set to take shape in the gentrifying Bloordale area. Enigma will also be located on a side street that’s adjacent to MacGregor Park.
In addition, the new residential building will house a fully-equipped gym, theatre room, rooftop lounge and fire pit with a barbecue area. Most units will also be equipped with a patio or balcony (hello, park views) and the penthouse suite will contain its own large terrace.
Naturally, the interior features are comparable in quality to the building’s exterior. To name a few, most units will boast wide-plank hardwood flooring, a reclaimed brick wall, sliding doors and nine-foot ceilings.
Units range in size from 422 to 1,567-square feet and start from $231,900.
