By now, we’re sure you’ve heard word about Dundas Square Gardens, whether for the condo project’s expansive rooftop garden terraces or location in the heart of downtown Toronto.
There’s no question that the above mentioned qualities are what make the development a future city landmark, but the functionality of the suites themselves are worthy of equal attention.
Easton’s Group of Hotels has teamed with Page+Steele/IBI Group architects and interior design firm Munge Leung to ensure each space is just as innovative as it is practical. Take the project’s 751-square-foot two-bedroom unit for example. It boasts a media suite along with a 272-square-foot outdoor terrace (can you say summertime dinner parties?).
Both bedrooms will feature their own walkout and the suite’s entryway faces expansive windows, promising a brightly-lit space. There’s also a large open-concept kitchen, two three-piece bathrooms and a master bedroom with an (arguable essential) walk-in closet.
Each of the smartly-designed suites will be decked out with a selection of high-quality features and finishes, including caesarstone kitchen countertops, custom-designed vanities and laminate flooring.
Once complete, Dundas Square Gardens will consist of two buildings: a 47-storey tower on the western side of the site and a smaller 17-storey boutique building. More than 16,000 square feet of rooftop garden terraces will be located on five different floors.
The project is located on the northeast corner of Dundas and Jarvis streets, where the Hilton Garden Inn currently stands. Residents will be steps from the Toronto Eaton Centre, Allan Gardens and Ryerson University, not to mention any and all forms of transit.
Prices for available units start from $199,998 and suites range in size from 305 to 762 square feet.
